Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and management of complex, multi-project programme schedules aligned to strategic objectives and successful programme delivery.
  • •Oversee executive-level progress reporting, including programme performance, critical risks, mitigation strategies, and key decision points.
  • •Establish governance and quality assurance processes for schedule development, monitoring, performance measurement, and reporting across the programme portfolio.
  • •Identify critical path issues, emerging risks, and potential delays, and ensure recovery and mitigation plans are developed and implemented.
  • •Provide leadership to embedded scheduling teams, support workforce planning for scheduling personnel, and coordinate scheduling information across programme controls and functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 15 years’ professional experience in project planning, scheduling, and programme controls, including at least 3 years supporting major aviation, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure programmes.
  • •Demonstrated expertise developing and managing schedules for complex, high-value capital projects across the infrastructure delivery lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to consolidate and integrate multiple schedule inputs, performance metrics, and project data streams in an enterprise scheduling environment.
  • •Extensive experience working in multidisciplinary project environments (consultancy, client-side, or contractor) with understanding of stakeholder expectations and governance frameworks.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex schedule data and provide decision-support insights.
