Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily shipping and receiving for domestic freight to ensure inbound/outbound materials move efficiently.
  • •Schedule and coordinate shipments using LTL and flatbed carriers to meet customer and production requirements.
  • •Prepare and process bills of lading, packing slips, and carrier documentation; verify shipments are properly labeled and loaded.
  • •Execute and verify shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in the ERP system (Infor M3) to maintain accurate data and traceability.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain operations in manufacturing or distribution.
  • •Strong knowledge of domestic transportation methods (LTL, flatbed, freight forwarding) and shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing lists, labeling).
  • •Experience with ERP/logistics systems (Infor M3 preferred).
