Lead a team of licensed advisors to grow Life Company member acquisition by coaching performance, improving sales processes, and delivering health, life, or retirement solutions. Drive operational effectiveness through process improvements, workflow and system enhancements, and collaboration with internal and third-party stakeholders. Manage escalations, ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations, and oversee call center operations aligned to member and employee experience KPIs.
