Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise production processes to optimize machine efficiencies, product quality, and minimize scrap/conversion cost.
  • •Ensure safety and compliance with company policies, ISO 9001, and regulatory/statutory requirements; conduct first-responder duties as needed.
  • •Maintain resin blend, yield, and scrap rates at or above goals; enter shift performance data into systems.
  • •Conduct employee evaluations and corrective actions, manage attendance/staffing for schedules, and run daily pre-shift meetings/trainings.
  • •Troubleshoot manufacturing/operations risks related to safety, quality, or production; support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree or equivalent plus 5 years in manufacturing.
  • •3 years in a supervisory role.
  • •Knowledge of extrusion and blown film plastic processes and associated equipment.
  • •Ability to use AS400 and Kronos, and work with Microsoft Office/Word/Access/PC systems.
  • •Ability to operate a forklift and support a 24/7 site; strong communication skills across diverse teams.
