Production Supervisor - Nights

Supervise and direct night-shift production to maximize machine efficiency while delivering quality output with minimal scrap and conversion cost. Lead safety and compliance efforts (including ISO 9001), ensure operational checks and documentation are completed, and manage resin blend/yield targets. Track shift performance in Kronos/AS400, troubleshoot manufacturing risks, run daily meetings, evaluate employees, and support training and corrective actions.
