Job Summary

Serve as the financial partner to Harvey’s GTM organization, providing analytics and strategic insight to drive revenue growth and commercial decisions. Own the revenue engine financial model—from bookings and pipeline to sales productivity and customer economics. Lead unit economics, sales capacity planning, GTM budgeting, deal structuring and pricing, and deliver recurring executive and Board reporting. Improve GTM forecasting accuracy, CRM integrity, and finance tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Own unit economics across CAC, payback, magic number, net revenue retention, and contribution margin by segment and motion.
•Build and maintain the GTM financial model, including bookings, ARR, sales capacity planning, and quota design.
•Lead GTM planning and budgeting across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to support top-line targets.
•Serve as the financial lead for deal structuring and pricing decisions, including non-standard commercial terms.
•Establish recurring GTM reporting for executives and the Board and drive continuous improvement in financial processes and tooling (CRM integrity, forecasting accuracy, automation).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 189,500 - 284,300 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years experience with 3+ years Sales Finance experience at a high-growth scaled enterprise software company.
•Deep understanding of SaaS and usage-based business models, including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and sales productivity metrics.
•Comfortable using SQL or BI tools to pull your own data.
•Strong analytical skills with a first-principles, builder mindset focused on actionable insight.
•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred.
