Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome attendees at entrances and communicate Ground Control’s purpose.
  • •Follow the assigned shift schedule, pump water at refill stations, and patrol event zones.
  • •Operate two-way radios, perform emergency medical calls, and respond immediately to radio requests.
  • •Assist distressed individuals and help locate safe refuge locations using evacuation procedures.
  • •Provide directional support to headliners at entrance areas using megaphones and share key information from event materials.
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 17 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Customer service-related work experience is preferred.
  • •Experience using radios and the ability to work under pressure in stressful environments.
  • •An energetic, focused personality with the ability to take initiative and prioritize multiple competing assignments.
  • •Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, including walking long distances and walking up/down stairs.
  • •Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and professionally interact with all levels of individuals, de-escalating situations before they become unpleasant.
