Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaboration and Problem Solving: Work closely with clients to understand requirements and develop tailored real estate solutions.
  • •Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis (e.g. feasibility studies) to support business cases and estate solutions.
  • •Industry Expertise: Provide expert advice on latest real estate trends across healthcare, education, defence, local and central government, and commercial sectors.
  • •Lead and Inspire: Guide multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • •Business Generation: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Scotland, identifying opportunities and preparing compelling proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Essential UK Real Estate knowledge and 2-5 years experience in a consultancy or client-side environment.
  • •Proven ability to author strategic documents such as Business Cases and Estate Strategies for Real Estate change and investment.
  • •Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model.
  • •Experience within Defence, Local Government, Central Government, Healthcare, Education or Commercial sectors, including understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procurement.
  • •Effective communicator who listens and understands client needs; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
