Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end research process: identify problems, prepare data, tune/develop models, deploy to production, and analyze outcomes.
  • •Lead development of deep learning and NLP solutions to improve sensitive data classification.
  • •Design and architect production-grade agentic workflows and establish evaluation pipelines to benchmark agent accuracy, latency, and cost.
  • •Implement ML models across the research process, including clustering, text extraction, document analysis, and tabular data classification.

Key Requirements

  • •MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist/AI Researcher/NLP Researcher/Applied Scientist.
  • •Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques.
  • •Deep understanding of modern NLP (LLMs, transformers, etc.).
  • •Proven experience applying LLM-based applications/AI agents and deploying/optimizing ML/LLMs/AI agents to production.
