Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape the technical strategy of the Identity Security Fabric by partnering with leadership and prioritizing open standards like IPSIE.
  • •Govern and monitor agentic behavior by implementing the four-pillar maturity model across fullstack ecosystems.
  • •Architect systems for the agentic era to discover and secure agents, including “Shadow AI” assets.
  • •Enforce secure access and least privilege for agents using capabilities like Agent Gateways and short-lived credentials.
  • •Improve engineering execution by addressing tech debt and advancing CI/CD, observability, documentation, reliability, and support processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience defining scalable backend architectures and integrating complex APIs with modern web technologies, with the ability to make and defend architectural decisions.
  • •Deep expertise building highly reliable, secure, enterprise-grade software using Java (or another type-safe programming language).
  • •Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the ability to contribute to the frontend to unblock feature development.
  • •Solid understanding of web authentication and authorization fundamentals and best practices for securing sensitive data.
  • •Strong cloud architecture experience designing and operating large-scale services on AWS.
