Payment Counsel

Develop and maintain payments compliance policies, frameworks, and internal standards. Provide regulatory structuring support for payments setups, partner models, and fund flows, including compliance-focused onboarding and agreement reviews. Advise on licensing scope, regulatory permissions, and operational constraints, partnering with Product, Operations, and Legal to embed compliance by design. Coordinate with external counsel and regulators and help standardize compliance processes across entities.
