Key Responsibilities

  • •Leverage AI utilities and internal agents to speed up data entries, record updates, and status changes across Greenhouse ATS and UKG HRIS while maintaining data integrity.
  • •Support recruiting operations by using AI to draft offer letters, create process documentation, spin up new job requisitions, and coordinate travel logistics.
  • •Prompt AI tools to develop and maintain onboarding/offboarding materials, SOPs, and intranet pages to optimize People Ops workflows.
  • •Serve as human-in-the-loop validator for AI-generated compliance outputs and employee documents (e.g., background checks and I-9/E-Verify-related materials), including audit and validation.
  • •Own end-to-end onboarding/offboarding execution, facilitate orientation, manage new-hire documentation collection, and act as a Tier 2 escalation resource for complex employee inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • •2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or Global Mobility.
  • •Direct experience using ATS, HRIS (e.g., UKG), and ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
  • •High proficiency (or eagerness to rapidly learn) generative AI workflows, including advanced prompting techniques.
  • •Strong ability to validate AI-generated content for accuracy and compliance, with uncompromising ethics around confidential employee information.
