Key Responsibilities

•Grow Bump in India and lead content + creator efforts for the Indian market.
•Create high-performing Reels, YouTube Shorts, and UGC-style ads.
•Build and manage a pipeline of Indian creators and run influencer campaigns with creators and micro-influencers.
•Stay ahead of trends and ideate quickly, writing briefs and providing notes to creators.
•Collaborate daily with teams in the Paris office and support launches, events, and India-focused activations.

Key Requirements

•1–5+ years creating short-form content for brands, agencies, influencers, or creators.
•Experience creating ads content, especially UGC.
•Experience managing creators or providing creative feedback to improve content.
•Deep knowledge of Instagram and YouTube Shorts trends and the Indian creator landscape.
•Fluent in Hindi and English; experienced living in India; willing to work in person in Paris or remotely from India.
