Job Summary

Perform maintenance across CHS grain and agronomy locations in Holyoke, installing, adjusting, and keeping mechanical equipment and facilities running. Repair and complete preventive maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, and inspect parts, alignment, balancing, and installations. Work with the millwright crew on maintenance and refurbishments, follow safety procedures, and plan/schedule equipment work orders with the supervisor.

•Maintain machinery, equipment, facilities, or vehicles under general supervision
•Repair and perform preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation
•Diagnose equipment problems, monitor equipment, and initiate repair processes
•Inspect parts and perform alignment, balancing, installation, and refurbishment
•Coordinate with the supervisor on maintenance work and perform maintenance planning/scheduling for work orders

•Be able to work extended hours as needed
