Job Summary

Lead Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, overseeing monitoring, triage, escalation, and end-to-end incident response from detection through recovery to reduce impact on payment systems. Coordinate incident response across internal teams and external stakeholders, and develop incident response playbooks and operational procedures. Build proactive detection and threat intelligence by integrating IOCs, executing threat hunting across endpoints and cloud environments, and driving enterprise vulnerability management and security reporting. Mentor SOC analysts to strengthen defensive posture.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct SOC operations including monitoring, triage, and escalation to ensure continuous protection of fintech and corporate infrastructure.
•Oversee end-to-end incident response phases (detection to recovery) and coordinate response workflows across internal teams and external stakeholders.
•Architect incident response playbooks and operational procedures to standardize security actions and improve consistency.
•Develop advanced detection rule sets and security anomaly patterns, and establish threat intelligence capability to integrate IOCs into active detection systems.
•Execute proactive threat hunting and govern enterprise vulnerability management and remediation tracking; analyze security metrics and mentor SOC analysts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
•Minimum 5 years managing SOC or security operations teams, plus 10+ years cyber security or security operations experience.
•Experience managing incident response programs and cyber crisis events, including detection-to-recovery workflows.
•Hands-on experience operating SIEM, EDR, NDR, SOAR, and threat intelligence platforms, plus incident response methodologies and digital forensics.
•Experience implementing threat intelligence and threat hunting capabilities, and governing enterprise vulnerability management and remediation tracking (fintech/banking/payments preferred).
