Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage shooting, writing, and editing daily stories and gather material to build the rundown.
  • •Set up, run, and manage live shots independently, including breaking news coverage.
  • •Write, produce, and present fair, correct, and unbiased news and feature stories for television and digital/online platforms.
  • •Draft stories, headlines, and news updates for television, online, and digital platforms, including OTT story filing.
  • •Support enterprise investigations by setting up sources, executing investigations, and helping maintain a year-round pipeline of story ideas.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum one year of experience shooting with HD Cam.
  • •Minimum one year of experience working with film or video lighting.
  • •Minimum three years of experience as a reporter in a Spanish top 10 broadcast television market.
  • •Bilingual (English/Spanish) with a prominent level of Spanish language proficiency for written and verbal communication.
  • •Ability to work nights and weekends, travel as required, and maintain an active driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
