Job Summary

Join the ancillary sales team at the venue and help guests discover and purchase onsite amenities. You’ll greet guests, answer venue questions, communicate daily specials for parking, ticket specials, and seat upgrades, and sell, distribute, and organize lawn chairs. You’ll also assist with setup and breakdown, support post-show cleanup and inventory tracking, and operate electronic sales systems while working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests and assist in answering questions about the venue.
•Communicate daily specials for Premier and Rockstar parking, future ticket specials, and seat upgrades.
•Sell, distribute, collect, and organize lawn chairs throughout the venue.
•Assist the Ancillary Manager with setting up and breaking down signs, tables, and tents as needed.
•Support post-show cleanup and help maintain inventory merchandise throughout the show.

Key Requirements

•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•Must pass a pre-employment background check.
•High school diploma/GED preferred.
•Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including late evenings.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with good judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
