Job Summary

Design intuitive, trust-building experiences for Middesk’s business identity verification and risk/compliance workflows in highly regulated industries. Partner with Product and Engineering to take problems from discovery through delivery, turning complex data into clear customer journeys. Key Responsibilities

•Partner closely with Product and Engineering to refine problems and deliver designs aligned with customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
•Own the end-to-end design process from early discovery through launch using design best practices.
•Turn dense or ambiguous data into experiences that build trust and clarity for customers.
•Use storytelling to explain complex business identity and risk concepts and the rationale behind design decisions.
•Shape and evolve the design system and visual language to ensure consistency, accessibility, and craft across products.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Over 6+ years of in-house product design experience delivering impactful solutions for B2B products.
•A strong portfolio showing you can turn complex or abstract customer challenges into simple, intuitive experiences.
•Product-minded collaboration with PMs to frame problems, scope work, and drive decisions without waiting for fully defined requirements.
•Ability to navigate and interpret complex data and represent it effectively in the user experience.
•Experience using design to prototype end-to-end, including familiarity with LLM-powered development tooling (Claude Code, Codex, or similar).
