Key Requirements

  • •Over 6+ years of in-house product design experience delivering impactful solutions for B2B products.
  • •A strong portfolio showing you can turn complex or abstract customer challenges into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • •Product-minded collaboration with PMs to frame problems, scope work, and drive decisions without waiting for fully defined requirements.
  • •Ability to navigate and interpret complex data and represent it effectively in the user experience.
  • •Experience using design to prototype end-to-end, including familiarity with LLM-powered development tooling (Claude Code, Codex, or similar).
