Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead redlining and negotiations, owning EMEA SaaS enterprise sales contracts (MSA, GTC/ToS, NDA, DPA, and other agreements).
  • •Advise on data privacy, IP, information security, and corporate risk mitigation principles.
  • •Review and negotiate partnership agreements with EMEA partners and support procurement/marketing contract review globally as needed.
  • •Support HR-related legal projects, including employment and labor law topics.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree and Bar admission to at least one European jurisdiction.
  • •4+ years drafting, redlining, and negotiating sales contracts, ideally in SaaS or fast-paced tech.
  • •Direct partnership with Enterprise Sales to negotiate customer-facing commercial agreements including MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and Terms of Service.
  • •Strong understanding of commercial contracting and sales contract legal processes.
  • •Broad EU legal framework knowledge (with preference for some UK and/or U.S. law).
