Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and direct supply chain personnel across planning, scheduling, procurement, and inventory control to support on-time customer delivery.
  • •Partner with corporate commodity teams on supplier performance and cost-out programs.
  • •Own the production plan from the monthly S&OP process and analyze planning/ERP data to recommend actions for optimal execution.
  • •Ensure correct planning parameters and transaction discipline in order execution systems (SAP) to maintain proper order generation and inventory balances.
  • •Manage material cost and the schedule impact of engineering changes, while meeting key inventory, delivery, and accuracy metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • •3+ years of supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •2+ years of planning experience.
  • •2+ years of people management experience (or 7 years of planning experience).
  • •Preferred: APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or CPM) and SAP/SAP BW experience, plus Lean implementation experience.
