Job Summary

Lead and manage the DevOps team to deliver reliable, scalable systems by driving CI/CD automation, infrastructure management, and deployment workflows. Design and maintain reusable automation across Windows and Linux environments, troubleshoot configuration and automation issues, and set discipline strategy and technical decisions. As both a DevOps discipline lead and resource manager, support process standardization, knowledge sharing, KPI development, and team planning, mentoring, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the DevOps team to oversee development, deployment, and operations for reliable, scalable systems.
•Design and maintain automation (e.g., Ansible playbooks/rules) to automate configuration tasks across Windows and Linux servers in dev, test, and production.
•Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrate workflows for automated deployments and updates, and provide guidance on CI/CD best practices.
•Troubleshoot server configuration and automation issues, develop DevOps KPIs, and support discipline strategy and technical decisions.
•As a resource manager, plan team workload, develop skills, support recruitment and onboarding, and coach and mentor team members.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Computer Tech, or an engineering-related discipline.
•5+ years of experience in a Senior DevOps Engineering role.
•3+ years of experience leading a DevOps team.
•Expertise in Windows and Linux server administration and scripting with PowerShell and Bash.
•Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and strong knowledge of Ansible, including playbooks and roles.
