Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage MAC move/add/change projects, including floor decommissioning, inventory, and equipment/furniture/resource reallocation across five NYC corporate office buildings.
  • •Handle scheduling from an onsite central location in NYC and travel between client office facilities within the city; be available weekends and after hours.
  • •Lead project delivery resources for individual real estate projects and smaller teams, providing project guidance to meet project goals.
  • •Implement project documentation governance, ensure data integrity and documentation accuracy, and maintain communication through meetings and written reports/meeting minutes.
  • •Track progress against approved budgets and timelines, report status and variances, assess change requests, obtain client approvals, issue change orders, and perform risk identification with mitigation plans.

Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Manage all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for real estate projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Define scope of work, interface with client end-users/project requestors, and prepare delivery plans, milestones, cost estimates, budgets, and risk identification.
  • •Source and oversee vendors (RFPs, quotes, POs, invoice review), including installation and closeout, and support change management and conflict resolution.
  • •Read, understand, and apply standard real estate project documents such as agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
  • •Have strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) with Excel experience required, and MS Project knowledge beneficial; experience with move management, FF&E, or occupancy planning preferred.
