Key Responsibilities

  • •Map, analyze, and redesign TPRM lifecycle processes (onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, contracting, ongoing monitoring, offboarding) to improve efficiency and control effectiveness.
  • •Design and implement TPRM workflows on the Sourcing & Procurement ServiceNow platform, configuring and maintaining workflow tools to support execution and data capture.
  • •Translate regulatory obligations (e.g., DORA ICT third-party risk requirements) and internal policy into operational process steps and control points in collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Procurement.
  • •Create and maintain process documentation and governance artifacts (process maps, SOPs, RACI matrices), and define process KPIs/KRIs to drive reporting and continuous improvement.
  • •Lead process change initiatives (impact assessment, testing, training, rollout) and support quality/control needs, including internal audit and regulatory exam activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •6+ years of experience in business process engineering, process improvement, or operations, ideally in financial services or asset management.
  • •Experience with third-party risk management, vendor management, outsourcing oversight, or operational risk.
  • •Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN) and process mapping tools.
  • •Experience with GRC/TPRM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer, OneTrust) or Databricks preferred.
