Estimating Associate Director/ Project Director Defence

Lead and manage the production of accurate estimates and cost plans for Defence projects and programmes, working with key clients across the South East, South West, and Midlands. Drive estimating good practice, support departmental objectives, and stay current in your technical expertise. Own bid support, interface with clients and consultants through all project stages, and contribute to developing new business opportunities and cross-selling. Provide direction and act as a role model for staff.
