Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain high-performance CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Buildbot) tailored for compiler development, automating routine tasks and integrating robust testing mechanisms.
  • •Develop automated systems to track and visualize performance metrics (execution speed, binary size, memory usage) to prevent performance regressions.
  • •Provision and manage scalable build farms across hybrid-cloud and on-premise environments using Docker, Kubernetes or native cloud solutions.
  • •Manage bare metal and virtualized testing environments for diverse ISAs to ensure compiler correctness and interoperability across hardware targets.
  • •Collaborate with compiler developers to optimize build systems (e.g., CMake, Ninja) to minimize developer-to-feedback loop times.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix internals and Bash scripting with emphasis on performance tuning and resource management
  • •Proficiency in Python for automation with working knowledge of C/C++ to troubleshoot build issues
  • •Extensive experience with complex CI/CD pipeline automation and Docker containerization
  • •Open-Source contribution to or management of builds for compiler technology (e.g., LLVM) is highly desirable
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
