Job Summary

Own end-to-end management of assigned retail assets, driving overall P&L/EBITDA performance. Key Responsibilities

•Manage tenant operations and relations: meet regularly with tenants, act as focal point for requests/issues, and ensure compliance with contractual and mall operating policies.
•Oversee retail tenant performance and tenant mix: analyze retailer performance, coordinate with leasing, and approve tenant termination/exit formalities.
•Drive financial performance: manage asset P&L to deliver EBITDA, monitor and manage AR with finance, and monitor budget performance and cost savings.
•Manage mall maintenance and budgets: oversee common area upkeep and safety, coordinate with FM/security/community management providers, and prepare/track operating budgets.
•Support marketing, promotions, and reporting: implement marketing activities to improve footfall and revenue, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, and provide monthly asset management reports.

•Oversee mall maintenance and operating budgets, including monitoring FM spend, cost savings, and CAPEX/OPEX re-investment planning.
•Provide leadership for the function: set objectives, manage performance, and develop and motivate staff through feedback and appraisals.
