Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage tenant operations and relations: meet regularly with tenants, act as focal point for requests/issues, and ensure compliance with contractual and mall operating policies.
  • •Oversee retail tenant performance and tenant mix: analyze retailer performance, coordinate with leasing, and approve tenant termination/exit formalities.
  • •Drive financial performance: manage asset P&L to deliver EBITDA, monitor and manage AR with finance, and monitor budget performance and cost savings.
  • •Manage mall maintenance and budgets: oversee common area upkeep and safety, coordinate with FM/security/community management providers, and prepare/track operating budgets.
  • •Support marketing, promotions, and reporting: implement marketing activities to improve footfall and revenue, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, and provide monthly asset management reports.
