Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and continuously refine safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs.
  • •Conduct site inspections, audits, and assessments to identify hazards, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss events; document findings and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Deliver safety training and awareness programs across all organizational levels to build safety excellence.
  • •Monitor compliance, maintain safety records and reports, analyze performance metrics, and coordinate with stakeholders to integrate safety into daily work.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of professional experience in safety, health, and environment advisory or management roles within corporate, industrial, construction, or operational environments.

  • •Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC occupational health and safety regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
