Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with departmental SMEs to translate manual operational tasks into robust automated AI pipelines and direct business integrations.
  • •Implement agentic workflows using multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, semantic document routing, and state-machine-driven automation.
  • •Build integrations on Tier 1 AI Platform APIs and provide continuous feedback to the Platform Team on infrastructure and gateway design.
  • •Enforce security compliance and protect sensitive company and customer PII, including secure coding, governance, and testing for LLM outputs.
  • •Review code, establish testing and operational metrics/logging for integrations, and mentor engineers within a dedicated pod to maintain delivery velocity.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade web applications, API integrations, or backend services.
  • •1+ years of hands-on experience building applications with LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen).
  • •Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (including non-technical partners or product managers) to design and launch user-centric software.
  • •Strong security and data privacy mindset, including secure coding practices, API authentication (OAuth), and handling regulated data (PII, financial records).
  • •Experience with distributed systems and integrations: RESTful/GraphQL APIs, message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), asynchronous job processing, and third-party SaaS integration.
