Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a point of contact and manage key compliance relationships with business line partners.
  • •Provide compliance advice and training to investment personnel, including handling live trading queries in a risk-based manner.
  • •Review and contribute to approvals for new investment instruments, products, strategies, technology, models, trading venues, and trading activities.
  • •Act as a compliance SME for business change initiatives and acquisition of new teams.
  • •Serve as an escalation line for compliance monitoring, testing, risk assessments, trade surveillance, and control evaluations, including first line for exchange and regulator queries and support for formal examinations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •5-7 years’ experience preferably in a multi-manager firm covering systematic trading or similar strategies.
  • •Practical knowledge of market structures, products, quantitative methods, models, and data analysis techniques.
  • •Highly self-motivated, organized, and attentive to detail.
  • •Able to manage a diverse workload and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
