Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and execution of the Procurement COE strategy and roadmap.
  • •Establish enterprise procurement standards, policies, procedures, templates, and best practices; redesign and optimize source-to-pay processes.
  • •Build procurement KPI and SLA frameworks and develop reporting/analytics to demonstrate procurement value and performance.
  • •Oversee end-to-end supplier enablement and onboarding lifecycle, including supplier risk/compliance reviews and ongoing supplier data management.
  • •Partner with technology teams to optimize procurement systems and evaluate/implement automation, AI, analytics, and other workflow solutions while leading and developing the COE team.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of related experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement operations, or procurement transformation.
  • •Experience leading procurement transformation/COE or operating model initiatives that improve effectiveness, compliance, and stakeholder experience.
  • •Experience establishing or improving procurement policies, standards, procedures, templates, governance, and source-to-pay controls.
  • •Experience using procurement reporting, KPI/SLA frameworks, dashboards, or analytics to drive decisions and measure value, efficiency, risk reduction, and satisfaction.
  • •People leadership experience, including direct management or supervision of a team.
