Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform FEED, studies, and detailed analyses and designs per design basis, project specifications, and design codes/standards.
  • •Prepare material design reports and procedures, including material selection reports, diagrams, and metallurgical technical specifications.
  • •Coordinate risk-based inspection (RBI) study contributions and perform vendor document/submittal reviews and bid clarification activities.
  • •Interface with all disciplines to develop clash-free designs and provide discipline design inputs; manage scope changes and variation order support.
  • •Supervise and review metallurgy engineers and guide less experienced engineers on MDR/metallurgy procedures, calculations, and technical bid evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
  • •8-15 years of oil and gas experience with a major contractor or consultant performing detail design.
  • •Strong knowledge of design techniques, analysis methods, and applicable standards, codes, and guidelines.
  • •Preferably Registered Engineer in Training (EIT) or a member of a professional engineering society.
  • •Working knowledge of English (oral and written) and a HSE/TQM/cost-conscious mindset.
