Key Responsibilities

  • •Own SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of home-services clients (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, remodeling, junk removal, painting, cleaning, etc.)
  • •Build and maintain SEO roadmaps covering technical SEO, local visibility, content, GBP optimization, and link acquisition
  • •Lead scalable SEO processes, templates, QA checks, and reporting standards across accounts
  • •Stay current on Google algorithm updates, local SEO changes, AI-influenced search behavior, and E-E-A-T considerations specific to service businesses
  • •Clearly prioritize actions that drive map pack rankings, organic leads, and phone calls

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,000 - 3,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with direct, proven experience in home-services or service-based industries
  • •Demonstrated success improving local SEO and Google Business Profile rankings for service-area businesses
  • •Experience competing in highly competitive local markets (map pack + organic results)
  • •Strong familiarity with multi-location and franchise-style SEO structures
  • •Solid technical SEO foundation (audits, indexation, internal linking, CWV awareness, basic schema)
