Job Summary

Drive luxury retail sales by achieving individual targets and monthly KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain store standards, product knowledge, and accurate stock control (including gold and certified diamonds counting). Handle customer needs from greeting and consultation to negotiating objections and closing sales, ensuring correct payments and documentation. Support repairs by preparing repair orders and coordinating timely delivery, while collecting post-sale feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve individual sales targets and monthly sales KPIs while ensuring the store meets DAMAS standards.
•Provide excellent product knowledge of own and competitor products and deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale.
•Maintain 100% stock accuracy, including regular counting of gold bars, gold coins, and certified diamonds and producing required reports.
•Handle payments accurately (including credit card procedures) and ensure correct change/balance and sign-off on cash memos.
•Receive and manage repair orders: prepare repair bags, enter orders in Navision, coordinate with the workshop, and follow up for timely delivery and customer updates.
