Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer Okta for business applications, including SAML/OIDC, SCIM, lifecycle policies, and access provisioning across the SaaS estate.
  • •Automate employee onboarding and offboarding end-to-end to replace manual runbooks with code.
  • •Own day-to-day administration of SaaS and business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace), including integrations, user/license management, and team support.
  • •Manage the macOS fleet using Jamf, including provisioning, software allowlisting, patching, and endpoint operations.
  • •Serve as first responder for company IT issues, set SLAs, and coordinate with security, Finance, and system owners on access, licensing, and detection tuning.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of IT engineering experience at a fast-growing technology company.
  • •Deep Okta administration expertise including SAML/OIDC, SCIM, lifecycle policies, and workflows.
  • •Jamf Pro and macOS endpoint management fluency, including scripting in Python, Bash, or similar.
  • •Track record of automating onboarding/offboarding by replacing manual access processes with code.
  • •Hands-on administration of a broad SaaS estate (e.g., Google Workspace, GitHub, 1Password, Salesforce, Zoom, Slack).
