Key Responsibilities

  • •Suitably qualified and experienced to operate at Cost Management level and administer various contracts per project objectives and policies.
  • •Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • •Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring applications are timely and correct.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives including programme performance, cost control and value engineering.
  • •Drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy and ensure governance and best practice in contract change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
  • •Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent
  • •Contract Management (NEC3, Option C or NEC 4 preferred)
