Job Summary

Serve as a remote Field Service Technician on the Lenox team, troubleshooting industrial bandsaw equipment for end users. You’ll perform alignment, calibration, minor repairs, and test product performance, and coordinate service/maintenance with Territory Account Managers. Use SFDC to capture customer and equipment data, support distributor welding equipment maintenance, run trials against competitors, and recommend applications that improve customer sawing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot end-user issues through minor repairs, alignment, and calibration, and run product performance/trial tests to achieve optimum performance.
•Coordinate with Territory Account Managers to manage territory opportunities and handle service/maintenance requests for existing customers.
•Maintain product and end-user data in SFDC for Lenox and competitive accounts.
•Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot distributor welding equipment.
•Run product trials against competitors and demonstrate value by analyzing price vs. cost to recommend cost-effective solutions for sawing operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 84,000 - 135,200 annually

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of equipment maintenance and repair and/or hands-on experience in a shop production environment or equivalent.
•Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field (preferred).
•Prefer knowledge of hydraulic, electric, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
•Technical and mechanical ability to work with tools and machines.
•Preferred sales experience in industrial sales.
