Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, inform guests about specials and menu changes, and suggest food and beverages including upselling.
  • •Take orders using order pads or handheld POS, entering special requirements, then serve food and beverages according to the order course.
  • •Process payments and receipts, return change, and assist with financial transactions as needed.
  • •Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction, including assisting with runner role when required.
  • •Maintain proper dining experience by resetting tables, replenishing utensils and refilling glasses, adhering to grooming standards, and opening/pouring wine at tableside.

  • •Excellent oral communication skills required.
  • •Positive interpersonal skills required.
  • •Speak and write French and English.
  • •Minimum CPE.
