Movable Bridge Mechanical Engineer

Design, inspect, evaluate, and rehabilitate mechanical systems for movable bridges and transportation infrastructure. Support engineering evaluations of bridge machinery, hydraulic and mechanical equipment, bearings, motors, gearboxes, and related components. Perform calculations and equipment sizing, participate in field inspections and condition assessments, and help prepare plans, specifications, reports, and construction documents. Collaborate across structural, electrical, civil, and transportation disciplines and assist with construction administration activities.
