Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Support various in-store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Execute daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques and collaboration with Store Management.
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention and inventory control compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 16 years old.
  • •Have at least O Level education.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • •Be able to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
