Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and monitor production machines including blow molding, injection molding, filling, capping, and labeling lines.
  • •Start up and shut down equipment following SOPs and report mechanical issues to maintenance.
  • •Inspect bottles for defects and ensure adherence to GMP and hygiene standards.
  • •Record production data and maintain documentation for audits and continuous improvement.
  • •Assist in packaging operations, including palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and labeling finished goods.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machine operation or manufacturing processes is an advantage.
  • •1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in beverage or packaging industries.
  • •Knowledge of operating and monitoring machines such as blow molding, injection molding, filling, capping, and labeling lines.
  • •Ability to perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic operational issues.
  • •Familiarity with SOPs and GMP; understanding of quality control standards and ability to identify product defects.
