Job Summary

Lead end-to-end go-to-market transformation programs and significant workstreams, translating objectives into integrated plans, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, and Data stakeholders to align scope, manage dependencies, and surface tradeoffs. Build governance and executive-ready updates, diagnose risks and root causes, and drive change, readiness, adoption, and launch-to-run stabilization across teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead small-to-medium GTM transformation and growth programs, or defined workstreams, from planning through execution, launch readiness, and stabilization.
•Develop and own integrated program plans with milestones, deliverables, dependencies, owners, and measurable outcomes aligned to GTM priorities.
•Design and manage program governance, operating cadence, and stakeholder forums to drive visibility and accountability.
•Partner cross-functionally to align plans, manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and facilitate timely decisions.
•Identify and diagnose risks and dependencies, create executive-ready updates, and support launch-to-run readiness with change, enablement, readiness, and adoption plans.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 78,000 - 140,360 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years managing cross-functional programs, workstreams, or GTM initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
•Experience designing and executing integrated program plans, managing dependencies, and driving delivery across multiple stakeholders or functions.
•Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, organize complex work, manage scope tradeoffs, and convert objectives into clear plans and next steps.
•Ability to partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, or related GTM teams to align program objectives and execution plans.
•Experience facilitating decisions, documenting options and tradeoffs, and preparing clear materials for senior stakeholders.
