  • •Apply maintenance direction and management principles to execute maintenance activities consistently with business goals
  • •Evaluate and prioritize maintenance activities by balancing benefits, costs, and operational impacts to support asset reliability
  • •Monitor and control schedules to complete work on time, within budget, and with acceptable quality
  • •Direct maintenance schedulers and resolve scope, schedule, and budget conflicts; participate in safety and ensure compliance; provide on-call emergency support as needed

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,500 - 170,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma
  • •Minimum 5 years generating station leadership experience in maintenance, operations, or engineering
  • •Proven technical knowledge and understanding of fossil fueled electric power production
  • •Willingness to work a flexible schedule and provide leadership support for 24-hour, 7-day operation, including responding to emergent plant/outage issues
  • •US Drivers License
