Job Summary

Ensure the safety and security of Carvana associates, customers, vendors, and assets by executing Safe and Secure programs at facility entrances and exits. Manage and document vehicle gate activity, perform routine patrols, and follow incident response protocols while de-escalating situations. Partner with team leadership on badge creation and CCTV review requests, use the SAS app and RFID technology, and maintain inventory control and accuracy.

•Manage and document vehicle movement into and out of Inspection Center entrance and exit gates.
•Be the face of Carvana to associates, vendors, and visitors while following egress and digress protocols.
•Conduct routine patrols of the Inspection Center and logistics facility, documenting security and safety concerns.
•Lead with effective communication, de-escalate situations, and follow incident response protocols.
•Use the SAS app and RFID technology, support badge creation/CCTV review requests, and help maintain inventory control procedures.
