Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate RTG cranes and similar equipment to perform container handling tasks safely and efficiently.
  • •Carry out container stacking, movement, and transportation operations in the yard according to procedures.
  • •Perform pre-shift checks and report any faults or maintenance needs to the appropriate team.
  • •Communicate using on-site radios and monitor work orders via the VMT system to ensure timely completion.
  • •Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards and maintain situational awareness during operations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or completion of vocational high school or college in a related field.
  • •Preferably with an officially approved operator certificate (e.g., MEB‑approved)
  • •Preferably with a certificate from MYK (Liman Vinç Operatörü or Liman Saha İstif Makineleri Operator)
  • •Knowledge of RTG and similar heavy equipment, basic technical setup, safety considerations
  • •Team spirit, willingness to learn, responsibility, good hand-eye coordination, and awareness of terminal operations and safety rules
