Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and stockroom standards and processes for safe, efficient operations.
  • •Use metrics and business acumen to support strategies, resolve guest needs, and communicate product and inventory concerns.
