Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide environmental permitting expertise for Massachusetts and other New England states, with particular expertise in Massachusetts wetlands protection regulations.
  • •Support diverse projects across sectors including energy (electric transmission, generation, renewables), state infrastructure, federal sector, and industrial projects.
  • •Apply a strong understanding of regulatory permit requirements for complex permitting work.
  • •Attend and lead public presentations as part of permitting and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Collaborate within a team environment and participate in project/client meetings and site meetings with some travel.

  • •Environmental permitting experience is required.
  • •US citizenship is required due to the nature of work.
  • •Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and computer skills are required.
