The Sales Associate will drive store sales by delivering an authentic ALO experience, educating guests on product features and our community, and partnering with leadership to meet store goals. You’ll manage product knowledge, assist customers, and contribute to a high-energy team environment while promoting ALO’s brand and culture in a dynamic retail setting.

•Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
•Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers.
•In partnership with leadership team, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support achieving action plans focusing on deficient areas and highlight growth opportunities
