Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning and execution to deploy the CDP in USCG-designated cloud environments.
  • •Implement data ingestion and data sharing capabilities between source/recipient systems and the CDP.
  • •Ensure CDP implementation activities comply with USCG software implementation, configuration, and security standards.
  • •Plan and execute scheduled/unscheduled maintenance to sustain CDP uptime, including pipeline preservation and operational alignment.
  • •Provide long-term sustainment and modernization oversight, managing configurations and ensuring lifecycle compliance with USCG software standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 9+ years of experience (or commensurate experience).
  • •Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP).
  • •Advanced hands-on programming/scripting experience in Java, .NET, or Python.
  • •Strong Linux programming and system administration background.
  • •Production-level experience with the Confluent platform and Apache Kafka for enterprise data streaming.
