Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day activities, assess team strengths/weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement to meet objectives.
  • •Coach and manage assigned associates, including training, performance feedback, and conflict prevention/resolution.
  • •Implement and directly lead incident management and emergency preparedness programs at HQ locations.
  • •Lead processes tied to Safe & Secure technology (badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts) to ensure proper functioning and accurate incident recording.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, manage visitor and vendor check-in processes, and escalate high-risk issues to senior-level management when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in physical security operations and/or loss prevention.
