Own the end-to-end product strategy and 12–18 month roadmap for workforce management capabilities such as timekeeping, aligning solutions to growth objectives and regulatory requirements. Serve as primary product owner through discovery with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders across People, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, and IT. Use AI-powered analytics to prototype and translate labor compliance needs into user-friendly experiences, while monitoring adoption, data quality, and audit readiness.
