Design, implement, and manage compensation, benefits, and rewards frameworks to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with UAE and international regulations. Lead compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, grading structures, and reward program design, while supporting workforce budgeting and cost analysis. Deliver compensation analytics via HR systems and advanced Excel, advise business leaders and HR partners on rewards matters, and drive harmonization during mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
